Ordering and Payment

How do you secure my payment information?

We partner with Braintree to ensure payment information entered on our site is always secure. Any payment information entered on our site is passed directly to Braintree’s secure servers. If you save your payment information it is also saved with Braintree. We never see your credit card number.

Do you offer parts support?

Yes, we do! We currently have stock for most engine parts. If you need parts you don’t see on the website, feel free to contact us with what you need and we will get back to you with availability and prices.

Do you charge taxes?

We charge sales tax for orders shipped to California as required by law.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

How do I place an order?

Navigate to the product you would like to purchase and click the “Add to cart” button. Once you have an item to your cart, you may click the “Cart” button at the top of the website to view/edit your cart and proceed to checkout. Shipping and Handling

Do you ship to international addresses?

We are looking for the best international shipping options now, but currently, we only ship within the USA and US territories.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders will ship via the most economical way. Most part orders will be shipped via USPS First Class. Other orders usually ship USPS Priority Mail. Although most orders go out next day, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship. If you need your order quicker, shoot us an email with your order and we will do our best to expedite it.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Parts orders will be charged a flat rate of $3.95. All other orders will be charged a flat rate of $10.95. From time to time, we may offer a free shipping promotion. Our homepage will show any public promotions. We also offer promotions that are unique to our email subscribers. Sign up for our email newsletter in order to receive these promotions.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We will strive to ship your order ASAP. You will receive your orders as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 7-10 business days to receive your order.
