Ordering and Payment

How do I place an order?

Navigate to the product you would like to purchase and click the “Add to cart” button. Once you have an item to your cart, you may click the “Cart” button at the top of the website to view/edit your cart and proceed to checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

For your convenience and added security, we offer checkout via PayPal. Our website will forward you to PayPal’s website where you will have the option to log into your PayPal account or enter your credit card information directly. After you have completed checkout, you will be redirected back to Mike Goes Flying in order to view your order.

Do you charge taxes?

We charge sales tax for orders shipped to California as required by law.

Do you offer parts support?

Yes we do! We currently have stock for most engine parts and are currently completing an inventory of what parts we have available. If you need parts, feel free to contact us with what you need and we will get back to you with availability and prices.

Shipping and Handling

How long does it take to receive my order?

We will strive to ship your order ASAP. You will receive your orders as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 7-10 business days to receive your order.

How much do you charge for shipping?

If you order an engine, you will be charged a flat rate of $9.95 for the order. If your order only contains parts, you will be charged a flat rate of $3.95 for your order.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders will ship via the most economical way. Most orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Do you ship to international addresses?

We are looking for the best international shipping options now, but currently we only ship within the USA.
